Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

Meridiano is run by Gabriel Moraes Lopes, an individual based in Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil. The official contact is gabriel.gmln@gmail.com.

2. The service

Meridiano builds business websites, Excel spreadsheets, sales decks, process automation and AI assistants on WhatsApp for small companies. The exact scope of each contract (what is included and what is not) is described on the services and pricing pages, which are part of these Terms. Anything outside that list is quoted separately, in writing, before work starts.

3. Process and payment

The home page of the site is built before any charge. If the client does not approve this first version, nothing is charged and neither party has any further obligation.

Payment is made in full on delivery, after the client approves the work. In Brazil via Pix; in the United States by the agreed method (Wise or PayPal). Monthly items (care plan, automation and WhatsApp assistant) are billed month by month from delivery.

Delivery takes up to one week, counted from approval and from receipt of the client's materials (copy, photos, logo). Late delivery of materials by the client extends the deadline by the same amount of time.

4. Changes and revisions

The base price includes one round of changes to the published version. Extra rounds, or scope changes after the initial approval, are quoted separately.

5. Ownership of the site

After full payment, the delivered site code and the client-specific content (copy and photos provided by the client) belong to the client. Components, third-party libraries and Meridiano's working method may still be reused in other projects.

6. Hosting and maintenance

The base price covers the initial publication. Hosting, domain and future changes after the first round of revisions are part of the optional care plan described on the pricing page, or are quoted one by one.

7. Limitation of liability

Meridiano does not guarantee any specific business result (number of customers, Google ranking, sales). The website is a tool; results depend on factors outside the studio's control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any disputes are settled in the courts of Guarulhos, São Paulo, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
