Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email or phone number, and your message. As of the date above, this site uses no tracking cookies, ad pixels or third-party analytics. If that changes, this text is updated before the change takes effect.

2. What we use it for

Only to reply to your message and, if we work together, to deliver the service you hired. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Where the data goes

The form runs on a Cloudflare Pages Function and sends your message by email through Resend (an email delivery processor). No database stores your message after it is sent: it arrives straight in Meridiano's inbox, like any other email.

To keep bots out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical browser data (such as your IP address) when you send the message. That data is used only for this check, not for advertising.

4. Your rights (LGPD)

If you are in Brazil, the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018) gives you the right to confirm that we process your data, to access it, and to have it corrected, anonymized or deleted. To exercise any of these rights, write to gabriel.gmln@gmail.com.

5. Your rights (GDPR and US state laws)

If you are in the European Union, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights: access, rectification, erasure and portability of your data. If you are in the United States, you can ask what we hold about you and have it deleted. The same contact above works for all of these requests.

6. How long we keep it

If the conversation does not turn into a project, the email is deleted within 90 days. If it becomes a contract, the contact details are kept for the length of the project and for the period Brazilian law requires for tax records.
