What we do

  1. Roof replacement

Tear-off down to the deck, new underlayment and ice barrier, shingles or metal, and a magnetic sweep for nails before we leave.

Most homes: 1 to 3 days

  2. Storm and hail repair

A documented inspection, photos your insurer accepts, and repairs matched to the shingles you already have.

    Emergency tarping the same day

  3. Gutters and siding

Seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts sized for spring snowmelt, fiber-cement and vinyl siding.

Often done with the roof, one crew

  4. Inspections for buyers, sellers and insurers

A written report with photos and a clear answer: repair, replace, or leave it alone for now.

    Report within 24 hours

After a hailstorm

Hail season on the Front Range runs from late spring through summer. Damage is easy to miss from the ground, and it gets worse with the next freeze.

  1. Photograph what you can see from the ground: dents in gutters, downspouts, vents and window screens.

  2. Call your insurer to open a claim, or call us first if you are not sure there is any damage.

  3. We inspect the roof, mark every hit with chalk and send you a report with photos.

  4. If the claim is approved, we meet the adjuster on site and schedule the work.

We never ask you to sign anything before the inspection.

Pick the roof, not the pitch

Three materials cover almost every home we work on. Your estimate names the exact product and warranty.

    About 45 minutes

We walk the roof, check the attic for daylight and moisture, and photograph everything.

    Within 48 hours

Materials, labor, permit and cleanup on one page. No pressure, no expiring discount.

  3. Installation

    1 to 3 days

One crew from tear-off to final sweep, with a lead who answers your calls.

  4. Final walkthrough

    Same day

We go over the roof with you, hand over the warranty and the photos of the work.
